Vampiric Spirit bloodspike build.
I use the skills: Vampiric spirit, Jaundiced Gaze, Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze, Well of blood[or whatever skill you want], Demonic flesh, Blood Renewal, Ressurection signet.
16 blood magic, 10 soul reaping.
(Armor doesn't really matter, I use bonelace with a Blood face scar with a superior blood rune on it.)
Before going into a fight, cast Vampiric spirit, Demonic Flesh, and blood renewal, which adds lots of health and another 56 damage to every spell you cast (you have to be kind of close to the enemy though... like right next to them >_>), But anyways, at 16 blood, Jaundiced, Dark Pact, and Vamp gaze should all be doing 100+ damage each, which is more than enough damage to take out mostly anything quickly. I use this build for PvP and PvE.
[one more thing, this post might be a little sketchy because I've never posted a build before.]

Ok, first it seems like a nice build.
I can see it working in PvE, but in PvP against good players, I think you'll have some trouble.
Let's look at your skills:
Vampiric Spirit (e) - Enchantment
Demonic Flesh - Enchantment
Blood Renewal - Enchantment
Jaundiced Gaze - Spell
Dark Pact - Spell
Vampiric Gaze - Spell
Well of Blood/x - Spell
Res Signet
Energy management in PvP I would think would be a problem. You have 16 Blood and 10 soul reaping? Where are the rest of your points?
Enchantment removers, hexes, conditions, and physical damage (since you are close) will hurt you.
Your enchantment order is VS (lasts 19 seconds I think at lv 16), Demonic Flesh 60 seconds, Blood Renewal 10 seconds.
Someone made a similar build that has sacrifices to do obscene damage and getting more health than you. I can't remember what it was, but look down the threads and you'll find it.

Think your better off with the many versions of the FOC (feast of corruption) spikes, which dont require you get close to the enemy to inflict tons of damage. The only downfall is the long recharge on FOC. Not a bad build idea, but why dark pact? Why not wallows bite and touch of agony, your if your that close for the 10 extra damage? And i for sure go with barbed signet to lower your energy costs.
typically sac spells only work for buffering/boosting a groups power though, like orders necros. Otherwise theres no way to heal back the sack, plus taking damage.

The other points go into soul reaping, when I posted this I forgot to totally redisribute some points, Of course enchant removal is the downfall, but it's not totally worthless, because you can still fall back on the Dark pact + Vamp Gaze. Good Idea on the touch skills, I was thinking of using it on a touch ranger, but I like the longrange for when my targets are trying to get away.

Then I'd suggest an FoC build and drop the sacing all together. You'll live alot longer

vampiric spirit works with spells, not skills. You cant use touch/bite to trigger it. But dont forget enfeeble cost 5 mana and its a skill. that means you steal 56dmg for 8 mana and reduce the dmg from enemy. The shadow strike(or its variants) for 150+ dmg. top it off with oppresive gaze for another 150. cast demonic flesh on it yourself for extra 100 health and 57 life stealing.
the build is screwed up by the mana cost. you will need the +15 -1 offhand. in the end you will have the same problem touch rangers face.

I expirience almost no energy problems, I have 45 energy, because I can't find a 20/20 blood staff, I use the stonereaper (Serves me fine). I'm usually with other people who are fighting something else, giving me soul reaping benefits (Fort aspenwood for example). I can mow straight through 3 people without running out of energy. (And the touch skills don't work, they are SKILLS, not SPELLS.)
